We boarded our flight late Sunday night for a "red" eye to Aguadilla. After we got settled on the plane the flight attendant came by and asked to see our boarding passes. It turned out that they double booked our seats. Mom offered to give up our seats for the first class cabin so the family traveling together could sit in the same area, but instead they put them in first class. What a bummer! Then, we had to wait for an hour and 15 minutes on the runway for a storm to pass. Even after the storm passed and we finally took off there was serious turbulence. With that delay, our flight got in at 2:00am. Alex and Brent, the program directors, were waiting for us when we arrived and we drove through winding roads to the house were we were staying. After a quick tour of the house, we went to sleep. I had the bunk beds and mom had a full size bed.
